I am a trained coach to the Co-Active® model and a work-life researcher and Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Consultant, (Barrett Value Center). I hold a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Jönköping University, Sweden. I hold a Master of Science in Business and Economics with a major in Business Administration and Service Management from Karlstad University, Sweden. I am a Graduate from Dijon Bourgogne Business School, France.
My interest in Human, Personal Development and Leadership with a focus on work/non-work experiences arises within my multi-faceted identity as researcher, lecturer, coach, consultant and counsellor.

The dashboard reflects that segmenting AND integrating life domains are essential for the harmony between one’s life domains namely one’s work, one’s family, one’s social and one’s private. The dashboard is entirely combined with a Co-active® approach to coaching, consulting, and counselling to offer a systematic and holistic approach to personal and human development.

My identity as well as my research and professional journeys are strongly associated with the importance to make an impact for individuals and society. In that regards, I want to fully contribute to the so-called “SUSTAINABILITY”.
Sustainability is about the three systems we do live in, namely the environmental system as the Planet is at stake; the social systemas we People are at stake; and the economic system as our economies are at stake. Even if sustainability is evolving over time, the centrality of the three stakeholders is constant. Even if sustainability is evolving over time, we shall be concrete to act here and now. With this in mind, I fully adopt in my business practices but also as part of my vision and aim for individuals and organizations, the 17 UN Sustainable Goals.
